Easy Vegan Chocolate Pudding

minutesThis is a delicious and easy alternative for dessert! Experiment with the texture and taste by adding more tofu for a firmer pudding; Add more sweetener and less cacao if you prefer a milk-chocolately dessert.
Ingredients
cacao powder (I like Navitas Organics)
12 ounces firm silken tofu
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2.5 tablespoons Erythritol (Natural, plant-based sweetener) OR real Maple Syrup
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Spoon into small pudding dishes. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow to settle.
