This is a delicious and easy alternative for dessert! Experiment with the texture and taste by adding more tofu for a firmer pudding; Add more sweetener and less cacao if you prefer a milk-chocolately dessert.

Ingredients

  • cacao powder (I like Navitas Organics)

  • 12 ounces firm silken tofu

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 2.5 tablespoons Erythritol (Natural, plant-based sweetener) OR real Maple Syrup

  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
