I believe food should be a joy in our lives as well as provide our cells, including our skin cells, with nourishment. Each of my recipes is made to be satisfying, healthy and uncomplicated. The ingredients feed the cells of our bodies in a variety of ways. I talk more about the nutritional value of ingredients on my blog.
